Based in the beautiful parish of St. Brelade, Cashback Limited was formed in September 1992 by Phil Boots and Margaret Vining for the purpose of providing cost-effective debt collection services in Jersey. We can also collect accounts outside of the Island through our strong links with Channel Island Data Services in Guernsey and CCI Legal Services Limited in Snowdonia.
We provide credit referencing services for companies and landlords as we believe that “to know who you are dealing with” should be the number one priority when opening new business accounts or taking on tenants. We can also offer debtor tracing services.
We are the longest established debt recovery agency in Jersey under the same continuous management and we are proud to provide a personal and effective service to all clients. In 2012 we worked alongside the Panel which instigated the Code of Conduct for Jersey Debt Collection and are subscribers to this agreement. In 2015 we also were registered under the Proceeds of Crime (Supervisory Bodies) (Jersey) Law, 2008 in relation to anti-money laundering and proceeds of crime legislation.
Our ethos is to provide the best possible service for obtaining settlement of debts for clients whilst maintaining a sympathetic and approachable attitude towards people who are in financial difficulties and may need to negotiate repayment programmes to settle their debts.
